The process:
• A preliminary interview is conducted to drill down on your needs and to discuss the coaching process, the number of sessions, etc. This first meeting requires no commitment on your part.
• A proposal is drafted, the contract is signed, and the coaching begins according to defined terms, such as the expected outcomes and the assessments to be conducted.
• Rates are available upon request.
DEVELOPMENT PLANNING SESSION
A single 2-hour session based on an analyses of your Predom* profile. This session includes a discussion of your profile and the professional development that would most benefit you.
*Predom is a tool that measures behavioural preferences
ASSESSMENT OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL “TRAJECTORY”
This strategic career assessment, or Trajectory Assessment, consists of 6 to 12 working sessions supplemented by individual work between sessions.
COACHING FOR REPOSITIONING/OUTPLACEMENT
Coaching for repositioning consists of a strategic career assessment and provides you with support relating to a change of employment and the search for a new position.
Experts can also provide support to help you with areas such as
improving your public speaking or becoming a more engaging speaker.
Customized and tailored, this type of coaching may consist of several hours, 6 months or 1 year of support.
DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
This 4-hour workshop is for 5 to 8 participants and is intended for those who are reflecting upon their next professional step, in the short or long term, whether it be repositioning their current role, pursuing professional development or changing their place of work.
• To identify aspirations, work styles and interpersonal styles
• To identify priority areas to be targeted, in particular, the occupations and environments that correspond to each participant’s work style and needs
• To clarify possible areas for development and anticipate next steps
This workshop can be followed by an individual interview.
