Our professional assessments and career management services, whether provided for a short or longer period of time, encourage questioning of and in-depth reflection on competences, motivations, areas of need and possible career paths.

DEVELOPMENT PLANNING SESSION
This support is brief and targeted:
A 2-hour interview with an employee based on an analysis of their Predom* profile. This session includes a pragmatic and concrete discussion of the employee’s profile and the professional development that would most benefit them.
FLASH ASSESSMENT
An assessment in 4 sessions, supplemented by individual work between sessions, to provide support during a period of questioning, exploration or decision-making when a more comprehensive career assessment is not necessary.
STRATEGIC CAREER ASSESSMENT
Six to 12 sessions focused on furthering an employee’s career, supplemented by individual work between sessions.
COACHING FOR REPOSITIONING / OUTPLACEMENT
A strategic career assessment, and support for individuals who are leaving or have left their place of employment and are searching for a new position.
Customized and tailored, this type of coaching may consist of several hours, 6 months or 1 year of support.
MOBILITY WORKSHOP
A 2- to 4-hour workshop provided to up to 10 participants to help them reposition to meet the needs of a current job or an internal or external change in the short or long term. These participants may belong to the same work team or they may be individuals who are all considering the next step in their professional careers.
The goals of the workshop are:
• To identify professional aspirations, work styles and interpersonal styles
• To identify priority areas to be targeted, in particular, the occupations and environments that correspond to each participant’s styles and needs
• To clarify possible areas for development and anticipate next steps
The workshop includes the use of the Predom tool, which provides a detailed analysis of each participant’s profile.
The workshop can be customized to meet participants' particular needs and can be followed by an individuals interview.
